Most projects start at 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. I’ll provide a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.

2. Can I request revisions? How many are included?

Yes! Each package includes at least two rounds of revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final design. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed.

3. Do you offer custom packages or ongoing design support?

Absolutely. I’m happy to create custom packages tailored to your needs or offer monthly retainer options for ongoing projects and creative support.

4. What do you need from me to get started?

I’ll ask for your brand assets (if you have them), inspiration, and a clear idea of your goals. The more info you provide upfront, the smoother and faster the process will be!

5. What file formats will I receive?

You’ll get high-quality files suitable for both print and digital use, including formats like PNG, JPEG, PDF, and source files such as AI or PSD when applicable.

6. Can you help me set up my email templates in my email service provider?

Yes! I offer template setup and integration support for popular platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Campaign Monitor as part of the email design package or as an add-on.

7. How do you handle copyright and usage rights?

Once the project is complete and payment is made, you’ll have full rights to use the designs for your business and marketing purposes. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
